The Reservations Team leader will play a key role in the development of their teams’ performance and will proactively make recommendations for improvement whilst always leading by example.As a Room Reservations Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Reservations agents and overseeing the daily Reservations operation.

As a Restaurant Reservations Sales Consultant you will be responsible to process reservations received via both verbal and non-verbal communication methods whilst at all times maximising revenue and dealing with the day to day administration of the Reservations Sales Office.

Prepare ingredients for and during service working alongside the Pastry team. Assist the Pastry Head Chef in being responsible for the management of all pastry and bakery production to clients within the Claridge’s Restaurant.

The preparation and service of food within our luxury event space, catering for around 1000 people per day. Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
